Where is your office located and what are your office hours?
Our office is located at Suite 7/114 Cedric Street, Stirling, WA, 6021.
Our office hours are Monday - Friday from 9am-5pm.
Do you offer group sessions for your classes?
Although our classes are designed to be one-on-one for a more intimate and personal approach, we do offer group sessions. We would suggest having a group session with family and friends, who will be supporting you through your pregnancy and postnatal journey. The cost of group sessions will depend on the number of participants. Keep a look out on our social media pages for pop-up group classes, at a lower cost, that will be held around the Perth Metro area.
Otherwise you can leave a message at The Gentle Village and they will do their best to accommodate your request.
What are your in-home consultation fees?
As we are based in Stirling, Western Australia, our travel radius starts from our office address. For in-home consultations, excluding virtual consultations, we have divided the travel in 2 separate travel radius;
1) < 30km from Stirling office = $50 extra charge applies to all services 2) 30-50km from Stirling office = $100 extra charge applies to all services If you would like to add a point of reference to calculate your travel radius - please type in 114 Cedric Street, Stirling. Please note that it is your responsibility to book in the correct in-home consultation charge. If the incorrect consultation has been made and we are unable to retrieve the extra cost, The Gentle Village has a right to cancel your appointment and a refund may not be provided. ***Unfortunately, we do not provide in-home visits for clients who live 50km from Stirling, Western Australia.
What payments do you accept?
The Gentle Village requires payment for your consultation at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. You will receive an invoice, via email, for your consultation and travel fee (if applicable) shortly after your booking is confirmed. We accept credit card payment or bank transfer. Cash on the day can be arranged, if it has been previously discussed and arranged with The Gentle Village.
